Only one account is permitted per person, per email address, per CPF, and per residential IP address. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is considered abuse and will result in all associated accounts being blocked and any pending balances and bonuses being canceled.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone. ok88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, phone, or any other channel.

Ok88 is legally required to verify users' identities before processing withdrawals. This process, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), protects both you and the platform against fraud and money laundering.

Situations in which bets are voided and the stake is returned:

In accumulator (parlay) bets containing a voided selection, that selection's odds are replaced by 1.00 in the final payout calculation. The rest of the bet slip remains valid.

Live betting at ok88 covers football, volleyball, basketball, MMA, e-sports, and tennis with odds updated in real time. Due to its dynamic nature, live betting has specific rules that differ from pre-match betting.

Live betting specific rules:

• A few-second acceptance window applies after each live bet is confirmed, to ensure the event outcome did not occur during processing;
• Ok88 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of play, such as penalty kicks, shots off the post, or injury stoppages;
• Bets confirmed during a game interruption are not automatically voided; the event result determines the normal outcome of the bet;
• Delays in live event data transmission may cause differences between the score displayed on screen and the actual score; ok88 is not responsible for bets placed based on outdated information due to the user's connection issues.

Ok88 uses sports data feeds from certified providers to ensure the accuracy of information displayed during live betting. In the event of a discrepancy between the data shown and the official competition result, the official result prevails for settlement purposes.

Ok88 offers bonuses and promotions for new users and for its active customer base. All bonuses have specific terms that take precedence over the general conditions described in this section. Always read the terms of each promotion before activating it.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to a bonus wallet, separate from your real balance, and can only be used for placing bets;
